Career Readiness

We assist students to determine what careers are available, what their interests are, as well as, what skills they have or need to develop as opportunities become available for them. Our program provides numerous resources to help our students get a sense of their interest and skills as well as gain employment experience and learn about employment opportunities.

Life Skills

We provide comprehensive training in Basic First Aid, CPR Certification, Personal Hygiene, and Dress and Personal Appearance. Our curriculum goes beyond these foundational skills to ensure students also gain essential knowledge in vehicle safety. They learn the strategic locations of emergency equipment and acquire practical experience in vehicle maintenance, including how to maintain fluid levels and check tire pressure effectively. This holistic approach equips our students with vital life skills that enhance their readiness for both everyday situations and emergencies.

Personal Tutoring

Our goal at Drill 4 Success Inc. is to help students reach their highest potential within each academic subject area. We strive to foster an understanding environment where our experienced certified teachers act not only as mentors but create lasting relationships with every one of our students. We work with each student’s curriculum and homework to address their unique educational needs, as well as help them focus, stay organized, prioritize, and study more effectively. Our approach provides skills that enable them to be successful now–and later after graduation.

Mentoring

Students benefit from our mentoring program by gaining a positive outlook on their lives. Students are exposed to healthier choices and mental health resources. Our program leads to increased self-esteem and self-confidence as they learn and grow. They are also inspired by their mentors’ belief in them and find motivation from that positive support.

ASVAB Testing

In order to ensure our students are well prepared for the ASVAB Test, we coordinate testing dates and locations with Active, National Guard and Reserve Recruiters.

College, Career & Military Readiness

Drill 4 Success is committed to ensuring that all students are prepared to successfully transition to their chosen path after high school. Multiple opportunities to achieve college, career and military readiness are offered in our program. Students can join advanced academics, choose a pathway in career technical education, or ensure they are ready for enlistment. With the help of academic advisors, every student will choose which path they want to follow and create a plan that helps them meet their goals.
